Dental Implants

Implantation is a reliable and proven method of restoring a lost or removed tooth. If a tooth falls out, the chewing load on neighboring teeth increases, the bone tissue in the place of the fallen tooth gradually atrophies, and the teeth begin to shift, trying to fill the empty space. If the tooth is not installed in time, it will be much more difficult to do this later – you will still have to align the remaining teeth and, possibly, build up bone tissue so that there is somewhere to insert the implant.
Our implantologists can handle even the most difficult cases. Perform the procedure using modern equipment, if necessary, immediately install a temporary prosthesis on the day of surgery. The implantation is modeled digitally using 3D templates. According to indications, implants are installed in our clinic under anesthesia.
Dental implant installation: price and features
An implant is an artificial tooth root. It looks like a rod with a thread and is installed in the bone tissue. We use titanium implants – this is a fully biocompatible material that is not subject to corrosion and is not rejected by the body.
Implantation can be one-stage or two-stage. In the latter case, first install the implant and wait 3-6 months until it takes root. During this time, the bone tissue grows into roughness on the surface of the implant and securely holds it in the desired position. After engraftment, the prosthetics stage begins, when a crown or bridge is installed on the implant.
Prices for dental implants vary greatly in Minsk. The cost is significantly affected by the choice of implant systems. We work with the best dental implant systems:
- Mis, AlfaBio (Israel),
- MegaGen (Korea),
- Straumann (Switzerland),
- NobelBiocare (Switzerland).
The final price also depends on other factors. The cost of dental implants is shown in the table.

How does turnkey dental implantation work?
The installation of a tooth implant takes place in several stages:
- Preparatory stage. The implantologist collects data about the patient's health, performs a 3D tomography of the maxillary system to assess the volume of bone tissue and predict the results of the operation.
- Implant placement. It all starts with anesthesia. Our implantologists use effective anesthetics that completely block pain. When the painkiller has worked, the doctor makes an incision in the gum and forms a place for placing the implant in the bone, installs it and stitches the gum. If indicated, this is done under anesthesia.
- Prosthetics. When the implant has taken root, a prosthetic tooth – a crown-is installed on it. The crown is made individually from casts; in shape and color, it resembles your lost tooth.
How to install one implant
Implant placement in case of loss of one tooth usually follows the classic two-stage scheme – first, an implant is implanted in an empty place, and after 3-6 months, when it has taken root, a prosthetic tooth – a crown-is installed. A temporary crown can be installed for the duration of engraftment.
Implantation when several teeth are missing
If you do not have several consecutive teeth at once, our implantologists recommend installing several implants, which will then support the bridge prosthesis. The load will be uniform, the bone tissue and adjacent teeth will remain intact.
Implantation and prosthetics when there are no teeth at all
In this case, our implantologists insert several implants with an interval between them. They are fixed with a bridge-like prosthesis of a removable and non-removable type. The load is uniform, the prosthesis is comfortable. The most popular method of implantation in the complete absence of teeth is All On 4/6 implantation. The essence of the method is that the entire dentition is installed on four or six implants.
Front teeth implantation
The loss of a tooth from the smile area is not only a functional, but also anaesthetic problem. In this case, we install a temporary crown that fills the dentition, looks aesthetically pleasing and does not burden the implant, which needs time to take root. As soon as the implant fuses with the bone, we replace the temporary crown with a permanent one.
